Far East Horizon Completes USD300 Million Senior Unsecured Perpetual Securities Offering, CICC HK Securities Acts as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner

Far East Horizon Limited (“Far East Horizon” or the “Company”) successfully issued US$300 million senior unsecured perpetual securities on June 7, 2017 (“this transaction”). The transaction is the first drawdown off the Company’s Medium Term Notes and Perpetual Securities Program (the “Program”) updated this year. CICC HK Securities acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager in this transaction.
