CICC Celebrated Its 20th Anniversary in Singapore

(Beijing, China, November 30, 2015) China International Capital Corporation Limited (“CICC”; stock code: 3908) celebrated the 20th Anniversary of its founding at Singapore Fullerton Bay Hotel on November 11, 2015. Mr. Stephen Ng, Chief Executive Officer of CICC Singapore hosted the reception. Mr Xiaodong Chen, Chinese Ambassador to Singapore and Mr. Loh Boon Chye, Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Exchange made keynote speeches and extended best wishes to CICC for its 20th anniversary together with further 200 distinguished guests from China and Singapore.

On behalf of CICC, Chief Executive Officer Mingjian Bi expressed his profound gratitude to the former leadership of CICC, CICC’s shareholders and staff, clients and friends who had contributed to and supported the growth and development of CICC. Mr. Mingjian Bi also highlighted CICC’s achievements in the past 20 years and conveyed that “CICC’s successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange marked CICC’s entry into a new stage of development. Mr. Boon Chye Loh congratulated CICC on its achievements over the last 20 years.
