" CICC Forum 2013" Was Successfully Held in Beijing

"Decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms" adopted by CPC Central Committee in the 3rd Plenary Session clearly outlines China’s reform targets, principles and blueprint before 2020 with comprehensive coverage, clear framework and prioritized tasks. The reform plan involves fiscal system, financial market, land system, social security, SOEs, government functions among other major fields. Market will play a “decisive” instead of “fundamental” role in allocating resources, the relationship among consumption, savings and investment will be readjusted in macroeconomic structure, and ensuing changes in industrial structure and market structure at medium- and micro- economic level will take place. How should the investors correctly interpret policies, precisely predict trends, accurately seize opportunities and clearly recognize risks in the course of this overwhelming reform which will undoubtedly and profoundly reshape China’s economy and society?

To answer and discuss these questions, CICC held its CICC Forum 2013 on 4th December at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, Beijing. “Policy Outlook for Post-3rd Plenary Session Era - Reform Restarted” was the theme of the forum. Over 400 clients including 16 speakers joined this forum.
