We have built a solid and extensive business platform and network at home and abroad. Currently, we have institutional sales and trading coverage in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, New York, London and Singapore, and we are actively exploring other overseas markets.

Strong Distribution Capability

As China's first domestic professional institutional sales team, we have helped issue more than twenty IPOs and ten placement deals in stocks and other securities while successfully executing many large equity financing and corporate bond projects. Milestones include the A-share IPOs of Petrochina (RMB66.8 billion), ICBC (RMB46.6 billion), China Life (RMB28.32 billion), CSCEC (RMB50.16 billion) and China Everbright Bank (RMB21.7 billion).

Leveraging these advantages, we have also successfully executed more than twenty overseas IPO deals for large Chinese SOEs. Overseas and Hong Kong milestone deals include the A+H share IPO of CITIC Bank (US$5.95 billion), the H-share IPO of China Minsheng Bank (HK$31.23 billion), the NYSE IPO of Concord Medical Services (US$132 million), the H-share IPO of Pacific Insurance (HK$27.7 billion), and the A+H share IPO of Agricultural Bank of China (US$22.1 billion).

EQ, Operations and Risk Management are strictly separated in accordance with best market practice. EQ is involved in order management and execution, Operations handles clearing, settlement and fund transfer, whilst Risk Management monitors the fund-flow and settlement process. This functional structure ensures that the proper checks and balances are maintained, risks are identified and isolated, and the best interests of clients are safeguarded.
